Quick Start Program
After power-up, press the PROGRAM key to enter Quick Start Program. Start pedaling to
begin workout at this time.
Press the UP or DOWN key to adjust resistance load during workout.
Manual Program
Setting Parameters for Manual
Press the PROGRAM key to select Manual Program. Press the MODE key to select TIME,
DISTANCE, KILOJOULE, or PULSE for target pre-setting. Then press the UP or DOWN
key to adjust the values.
Start pedaling to start workout, you may press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the resistance
load during workout.
If you pre-set target values of TIME, DISTANCE, or KILOJOULE, the values will count down.
When one of the values of TIME, DISTANCE, or KILOJOULE counts down to 0, the
computer will begin beeping to remind you.
If the heart rate detected greater than the target heart rate, the value of heart rate will keep
flashing. Please note that it is a warning for user to slow down or to lower the level of
loading.
