2. Seat Post, Seat Cushion, Seat Sliding Tube, and Seat Sliding Tube Covers
Installation
Slide the Seat Post Cover (32) onto the tube of the Main Frame (48). Insert the Seat Post
(31) into the Seat Post Bushing (34) on the tube of the Main Frame (48) and then attach the
Seat Height Adjustment Knob (33) onto the tube of the Main Frame (48) by turning it in a
clockwise direction with Multi Hex Tool provided to lock the Seat Post (31) in the suitable
position.
Remove three M8 Nylon Nuts (25) and three Ø8xØ20x2.0t Washers (26) from underside of
the Seat Cushion (23). Remove nylon nuts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided. Guide bolts on underside of the Seat Cushion (23) through holes on
top of the Seat Sliding Tube (27), attach with three removed M8 Nylon Nuts (25) and
Ø8xØ20x2.0t Washers (26). Tighten nylon nuts and washers with the Multi Hex Tool with
Phillips Screwdriver provided. Remove the Ø10xØ25x2.0t Big Washer (29) and Seat
Adjustment Knob (30) from the Seat Sliding Tube Bolt (28). Guide the Seat Sliding Tube
Bolt (28) on underside of the Seat Sliding Tube (27) through hole on top of the Seat Post
(31), attach with the Ø10xØ25x2.0t Big Washer (29) and Seat Adjustment Knob (30) that
were removed.
Attach the Left and Right Seat Sliding Tube Covers (22L, 22R) onto the Seat Sliding Tube
(27) and Seat Post (31) with two ST4.2x20mm Cross Recessed Pan Head Self Drilling
Tapping Screws (12) and five ST2.9x16mm Cross Recessed Pan Head Self Tapping
Screws (78). Tighten screws with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
