Spring Washer (41), Ø10 Big Washer (98), and Ø28x5 Washer (42) that were removed.
Install a S16 Cap (46) onto the M10x18 Bolt (40).
Attach the left U-Shape Bracket (20) to the left Crank (75) with one 1/2” Bolt for left U-Shape
Bracket (13L), Ø28xØ17x0.3 Wave Washer (15), Ø12 Spring Washer (17), and 1/2” Left
Nylon Nut (14L). Install a S13 Cap (28) onto the M8x50 Bolt (23).
NOTE: 1/2” Bolt for left U-Shape Bracket (13L) and 1/2” Bolt for right U-Shape Bracket (13R)
are marked with “L” and “R”.
Attach the Left Foot Pedal (33) onto the Left Foot Bar (2L) with three M6x40 Bolts (26), Ø6
Washers (25), and M6 Nylon Nuts (24).
Attach the Foot Bar Covers-A/B (30L, 30R) onto the Left Foot Bar (2L) with two ST4.2x25
Phillips Self Tapping Screws (63).
Repeat above step to attach the Right Handrail Arm (3R) onto the right horizontal axis of the
Front Post (5) and right U-Shape Bracket (20) to the right Crank (75).
4. Install the Seat Post, Seat Sliding Tube, and
Seat Cushion.
Slide the Seat Post Cover (92) onto the tube of the
Main Frame (1).
Insert the Seat Post (89) into the bushing on the tube
of the Main Frame (1) and then attach the Locking
Knob (91) onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) by
turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the Seat
Post (89) in the suitable position.
Adjusting the seat post:
Turn the Locking Knob (91) in a counterclockwise
direction until it can be pulled out. Pull out the Locking Knob (91) and then slide the Seat
Post (89) up or down direction to the suitable position. Lock the Seat Post (89) in place by
releasing the Locking Knob (91) and sliding the Seat Post (89) up or down slightly until the
Locking Knob (91) "pops" down into the locked position. For added safety, tighten the
Locking Knob (91) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, the maximum insert depth mark line
cannot higher than the edge of seat post cover.
Remove three M8 Nylon Nuts (21) and Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (22) from underneath of the
Seat Cushion (86). Then attach the Seat Cushion (86) onto the triangle plate of Seat
Sliding Tube (87) with three M8 Nylon Nuts (21) and Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (22) that were
removed.
Remove one Ø26xØ8x2 Big Washer (31) and M8 Round Knob (90) from underneath of the
Seat Sliding Tube (87) and then attach the Seat Sliding Tube (87) onto the Seat Post (89)
with one Ø26xØ8x2 Big Washer (31) and M8 Round Knob (90) that were removed.
Adjusting the seat cushion:
Release the Round Knob (90) and then slide the Seat Sliding Tube (87) forth or back
direction for the suitable position. Tighten the Round Knob (90) after adjustment.
