OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Operate according to your own condition.
2. Adjusting the tension control knob:
To increase the load, turn the tension control knob in a clockwise direction.
To decrease the load, turn the tension control knob in a counterclockwise direction.
3. Adjusting the adjustable leveler:
Turn the adjustable leveler on the rear stabilizer as needed to level the elliptical trainer.
COMPUTER OPERATION
Clock Mode:
a. The computer will enter into the clock mode when there is no
signal input or no keys be pressed after 4 minutes. You can
press ENTER key to switch the clock and temperature at the
clock mode or press other keys to quit the clock mode.
b. You can set up the TIME or ALARM by holding ENTER key for
over 2 seconds then you can set up TIME or ALARM by pressing
UP or DOWN key.
c. By holding the ENTER and UP keys together for over two
seconds, you can check the current time at the STOP mode.
Functions and Features:
1. CLOCK: Displays time in hour and minute.
2. ALARM: You can set up time by this computer and it will beep alarm 1 minute when
your setting time is reached.
3. TEMPERATURE: Displays the current temperature.
4. SPD (SPEED): Displays your workout speed value in KM/MILE per hour.
5. TIME: Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. When you start to
exercise, time starts counting up from 0:00 to 99:59 per 1 second increment. You may
also preset target time before training. Press ENTER key to select TIME function
when it is flash and then press UP or DOWN key to preset target time. Each increment
is 1 minute. The preset target time range is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes. Once you
preset target time and then start to exercise, time starts counting down from preset
target time to 0:00 per 1 second backward. When the preset target time counts down
to 0:00, time will start to count up immediately and the computer will begin beeping to
remind you.
6. DIST (DISTANCE): Displays the accumulative distance traveled during workout.
When you start to exercise, distance starts counting up from 0.0 to 99.9KM/MILE per
0.1KM/MILE increment. You may also preset target distance before training. Press
ENTER key to select DISTANCE function when it is flash and then press UP or DOWN
key to preset target distance. Each increment is 0.1km. The preset target distance
range is from 0.0 to 999.0KM/MILE. Once you preset target distance and then start to
exercise, distance starts counting down from preset target distance to 0.0 per
