SLADOLED OD JAGODE
Sastojci
Svježe jagode 120 g
Šećer u prahu 40 g
Slatko vrhnje 80 ml
Obrano mlijeko 60 ml
Pasirajte jagode dok ne dobijete homogenu masu pa dodajte
preostale sastojke. Pomiješane sastojke stavite u zamrzivač na 20
do 30 minuta prije pripreme sladoleda. Izlijte mješavinu u spremnik
za zamrzavanje dok se lopatica okreće. Pričekajte da se mješavina
zamrzne do željene konzistencije.
SORBET OD LIMUNA
Sastojci
Šećer u zrnu 100 g
Voda 100 ml
Narančin sok sok od 1/2 naranče srednje veličine
Limunov sok 60 ml
Bjelanjak 1/2 bjelanjka od jaja srednje veličine
U loncu pomijajte šećer i vodu. Mijajte na laganoj vatri dok se
šećer ne rastopi. Pričekajte da mješavina zaključa pa je ostavite da
ključa jednu minutu. Uklonite s vatre pa ostavite da se ohladi. Dodajte
narančin i limunov sok. Pjenjačom istucite bjelanjak dok se gotovo ne
stvrdne pa ga umiješajte u mješavinu s limunovim sokom. Pomiješane
sastojke stavite u zamrzivač na 20 do 30 minuta prije pripreme
sladoleda. Izlijte mješavinu u spremnik za zamrzavanje dok se lopatica
okreće. Pričekajte da se zamrzne do željene konzistencije.
SLADOLED OD VANILIJE S JAJIMA
Sastojci
Žumanjci 1
Šećer u prahu 25 g
Obr ano m lijeko 100 ml
Slat ko vrh nje 100 ml
Ekstrakt vanilije nekoliko kapi
U staklenoj zdjeli umutite žumanjke sa šećerom. U loncu polagano
grijte mlijeko dok ne zaključa pa ga prelijte preko mjavine jaja i
zajedno mutite. Mješavinu vratite u lonac uz neprestano mijanje
sve dok se ne zagusti i dok se na strnjoj strani žlice ne stvori lm.
Nemojte dopustiti da mješavina zaključa jer će se inače razdvojiti.
Uklonite s vatre i ostavite da se ohladi. Umiješajte vrhnje i ekstrakt
vanilije. Pomijane sastojke stavite u zamrzivač na 20 do 30 minuta
prije pripreme sladoleda. Izlijte mješavinu u spremnik za zamrzavanje
dok se lopatica okreće. Pričekajte da se zamrzne do željene
konzistencije.

Sastojci
Jogurt 130 ml
Šećer u prahu 35 g
Slatko vrhnje 75 ml
Sok od jagode 60 ml
Limunov sok 5 g
U loncu pomijajte jogurt, slatko vrhnje, šećer, sok od jagode i
limunov sok. Pomiješane sastojke stavite u zamrzivač na 20 do 30
minuta prije pripreme sladoleda.
Potom izlijte mješavinu u spremnik za zamrzavanje dok se lopatica
okreće. Pričekajte da se zamrzne do željene konzistencije.
