Ingredienser
Friske jordbær 120 g
Melis 40 g
Kremøte 80 ml
Skummet melk 60 ml
Mos jordbærene til en jevn mos. Tilsett resten av ingrediensene. Sett
blandingen i fryseren i 20–30 minutter før du begynner å lage isen.
Hell blandingen i fryseskålen mens rørearmen kjører. La maskinen
kjøre til isen får ønsket konsistens.
SITRONSORBET
Ingredienser
Sukker 100 g
Vann 100 ml
Appelsinjuice Saften fra 1/2 mellomstor appelsin
Sitronsaft 60 ml
Eggehvite 1/2 mellomstor eggehvite
Hell sukker og vann i en gryte. Varm opp blandingen under omrøring
over lav varme til sukkeret har løst seg opp. La blandingen koke opp,
og la den koke i 1 minutt. Fjern blandingen fra varmen og la den bli
kald. Tilsett appelsin- og sitronsaft-. Pisk eggehviten til den er nesten
stiv, og rør den inn i blandingen. Sett blandingen i fryseren i 20–30 mi-
nutter før du begynner å lage isen. Hell blandingen i fryseskålen mens
rørearmen krer. La maskinen kjøre til isen får ønsket konsistens.
VANILJEIS
Ingredienser
Eggeplommer 1
Melis 25 g
Skum met melk 100 ml
Kre møte 10 0 ml
Vaniljeekstrakt et par dråper
Pisk sammen eggeplommer og sukker i en glassbolle. La melken
koke langsomt opp i en gryte, hell over eggeblandingen og pisk
blandingen sammen. Hell blandingen tilbake i gryten og rør konstant
til blandingen blir tykk og danner en lm over baksiden av skjeen.
Blandingen må ikke koke, fordi det kan føre til at den skiller seg. Ta
blandingen av varmen og la den kle seg ned. Rør inn øte og vanilje-
ekstrakt. Sett blandingen i fryseren i 20-30 minutter før du begynner
å lage isen. Hell deretter blandingen i fryseskålen mens rørearmen
kjører. La maskinen kjøre til isen får ønsket konsistens.
YOGHURTIS
Ingredienser
Yoghurt 130 ml
Melis 35 g
Kremøte 75 ml
Jordbærsaft 60 ml
Sitronsaft 5 g
Hell yoghurt, øte, sukker, jordbærsaft og sitronsaft i en gryte og
bland det sammen. Sett blandingen i fryseren i 20-30 minutter før du
begynner å lage isen.
Hell deretter blandingen i fryseskålen mens rørearmen kjører. La
maskinen kjøre til isen får ønsket konsistens.
