4.1 WARUM HEART SYNC-TRAINING?
Zahlreiche Studien belegen, dass ein Training in einem individuell festgelegten Herzfrequenzbereich die beste Methode
zur Bestimmung und Kontrolle der Trainingsintensität und damit zur Erzielung optimaler Resultate darstellt. Das Heart
Sync-Training setzt diese wissenschaftliche Erkenntnis praktisch um.
Heart Sync-Training identifiziert den optimalen Herzfrequenzbereich für den Abbau von Fett
oder die Steigerung der kardiovaskulären Kondition. Die Werte in der Zone sind vom
jeweiligen Trainingsprogramm abhängig.
HINWEIS: Beim Definieren spezieller Fitnessziele und Gestalten eines Trainingsprogramms
sollte die Hilfe eines Fitnesstrainers in Erwägung gezogen werden.
Der Heimtrainer bietet fünf exklusive Trainingsprogramme, die die Vorteile des Heart
Sync-Trainings nutzen: FETTABBAU, CARDIO, HERZFREQUENZ HÜGEL, HERZFREQUENZ
INTERVALL oder EXTREME HERZFREQUENZ. Detaillierte Informationen über diese
Trainingsprogramme sind in Abschnitt 5, Trainingsprogramme, zu finden.
Während dieser Trainingsprogramme soll der Benutzer einen telemetrischen Brustgurt tragen,
damit der integrierte Computer des Cross-Trainers die Herzfrequenzrate überwachen kann. Die
Widerstandsstufe wird automatisch vom Computer variiert, um die Zielherzfrequenz* im definierten
Bereich zu halten. Zum Ändern der Zielherzfrequenz während eines Trainingsprogramms die
PFEILTASTEN verwenden.
