5.4 HOW TO OBTAIN PRODUCT SERVICE

1. Please contact your dealer or Life Fitness Customer Service at 1-800-351-3737.

2. Verify the symptom and review the operating instructions and troubleshooting matrix.

3. Locate and document the serial number of the unit. The serial number plate is located on the back [right] of the

frame. Please also have proof of purchase information available.

Hi, I am having trouble with the level option, always shows OFF, tried to restart the machine but doesn’t work, tried to ask my service provider but they ask me to reset the machine, how do you do that. Tq Submitted on 5-7-2023 at 12:57

The heart rate display goes off during use and does not re appear even if I grip the hand sensor correctly. This happens unpredictably. Submitted on 3-3-2022 at 17:14
