Clean with a soft, clean cloth, lukewarm water and some
detergent:
- IceTower pull-out board*
- Drawer
Please note: Do not remove the magnet on the drawer.
The magnet ensures the functionality of the IceMaker.*
- Freezer tray
Clean with a damp cloth:*
- Retractable rails
Please note: The grease in the tracks is used for lubrica‐
tion and must not be removed!
Wash in the dishwasher up to 60 °C:
- Ice cube tray*
- Ice cube scoop*
uTo disassemble components: see the relevant section.
uClean the components.
8.3.5 Cleaning the EasyTwist-Ice*
Cleaning is required in the following cases:
qInitial operation
qDisuse for more than 48 hours
qThe appliance requires cleaning.
In the case of initial operation, longer periods of disuse or
the appliance requiring cleaning

uTake out the water tank Fig. 58 (1) and ice cube drawer

uTake out the freezer drawer with EasyTwist-Ice.

uPress the lug Fig. 59 (1), lift up the EasyTwist-Ice at the
rear and take it out of the freezer drawer.

uPress the lugs Fig. 60 (1) on both sides of the EasyTwist-
Ice simultaneously and take off the lid Fig. 60 (2) to the
top.

uPress all lugs Fig. 61 (1) in succession and remove the lid
Fig. 61 (2).
uClean the ice cube drawer, water tank and EasyTwist-Ice
with warm water and a little detergent.
uAssemble the EasyTwist-Ice.
