uHold ice cube tray under hot water for a short time.
uRemove the lid.
uGently turn the ends of the ice cube tray in opposite
directions and release the cubes.

Freezer packs prevent the temperature rising too quickly
should there be a power cut.
6 Maintenance
6.1 Change the FreshAir filter.
The FreshAir filter guarantees optimum air quality. It should
be changed every 12 months. When the timer is set a
message on the display prompts you to change it. The Fres‐
hAir filter can be ordered from the specialist dealer.
Change FreshAir filter is displayed.
uPress the change FreshAir filter symbol
wThe display switches to the home screen.
The message can be displayed again by pressing on the
menu field until the filter has been changed and confirmed.

uInsert the new filter in the reverse order.
uEnsure that the filter clicks into place.
uReplace the cover again.

uPress menu.
uPress the navigation arrows until the FreshAir filter
is displayed.
uPress the FreshAir filter symbol.
uPress the navigation arrows until change FreshAir
filter is displayed.
uPress RESET.
wThe timer is reset. The change interval starts all
over again.
Turning the timer off
If a new FreshAir filter is not inserted the timer can be
turned off
uPress menu.
uPress the navigation arrows until the FreshAir filter
is displayed.
uPress the FreshAir filter symbol.
uPress OFF.
wThe timer is turned off.
6.2 Defrosting with NoFrost
The NoFrost system automatically defrosts the appliance.
Refrigerator compartment:
The defrost water evaporates due to the compressor heat.
Freezer compartment:
The moisture condenses on the evaporator, is periodically
defrosted and evaporates.
uThe appliance does not have to be manually defrosted.
6.3 Cleaning the ventilation grid
The ventilation grid ensures that the appliance works prop‐
erly due to optimum aeration and ventilation.
uClean the ventilation grid regularly with a vacuum
cleaner.
uRemove stubborn stains with a soft cloth.
When the timer is set a message on the display
prompts you to clean it. The clean ventilation grid
symbol appears on the screen.
uPress the clean ventilation grid symbol.
wThe display switches to the home screen.
The message can be displayed again by pressing the menu
field until it has been cleaned and this has been confirmed.

uPress the navigation arrows until clean ventila‐
tion grid is displayed.
uPress RESET.

over again.
Turning the timer off
If the reminder function is to be switched off the timer can
be turned off.
uPress menu.
uPress the navigation arrows until the ventilation
grid is displayed.
uPress the ventilation grid symbol.
uPress OFF.
wThe timer is turned off.
6.4 Cleaning the appliance
Clean the appliance regularly.
WARNING
Risk of injury and damage as a result of hot steam!
Hot steam can lead to burns and can damage the surfaces.
uDo not use any steam cleaners!
