Problemen oplossen
Als u iets ongebruikelijks opmerkt aan het apparaat controleert u de volgende zaken voor u
contact opneemt met het servicecentrum of de winkel.
Als het apparaat niet defect blijkt, worden servicekosten in rekening gebracht.
Door de volgende eenvoudige stappen uit deze handleiding te volgen, kunt u het probleem
misschien oplossen.
PROBLEEM VOER DE VOLGENDE HANDELINGEN UIT
Weinig of geen zuigkracht
en lawaai door trilling.
• Controleer of de zuigopening of het stofreservoir door voorwerpen
wordt geblokkeerd. Hierdoor kan de zuigkracht afnemen.
• Haal het stofreservoir uit de behuizing en controleer of de filters
vuil zijn.
De stofzuiger werkt niet.
• Controleer of de aan-/uitknop op ‘aan’ staat.
• Controleer of de batterij niet leeg is.
• Controleer of u het apparaat hebt gebruikt volgens de instructies
in deze gebruiksaanwijzing.
De stofzuiger verspreidt
een geur.
• Tijdens de eerste drie maanden na de aanschaf kunnen er geuren
aan de stofzuiger ontsnappen. Dit is normaal als de stofzuiger
gebruikt wordt.
• Oud stof in het stofreservoir kan ook voor geurtjes zorgen, net als
filters die al enige tijd niet zijn gereinigd. Leeg het stofreservoir
en maak het schoon en reinig ook de filters grondig voor u het
apparaat weer in gebruik neemt.
Er komt hete lucht uit de
stofzuiger, en de behuizing
wordt warm.
• De lucht uit de uitlaten is altijd enigszins warm omdat hij naar
buiten komt nadat hij de motor heeft gekoeld. Dit is normaal.
De stofzuiger trilt, maar
zuigt niet.
• De zuigmotor heeft een bescherming tegen oververhitting. Dit
kan gebeuren als 1) het stofreservoir vol is, 2) het filter of de
zuigopening geblokkeerd is, of 3) de stofzuiger lange tijd in
gebruik is. Geef de stofzuiger minstens veertig minuten de tijd om
af te koelen voor u hem weer probeert te gebruiken.
– Reinig het filter en het stofreservoir voor u de stofzuiger weer
gebruikt.
– Verwijder eventuele blokkades uit de zuigopening.
Het snoer van de adapter is
defect.
• De defecte stekker dient te worden vervangen door een
gekwalificeerde elektricien.
