Keer het voedsel om na de pieptoon.
Laat het voedsel na het ontdooien nog 5 tot 15 minuten staan.
Gevogelte
Hele kip, kippenpoten, kippenborsten, kalkoenborst (minder dan 2 kg)
Keer het voedsel om na de pieptoon.
Laat het voedsel na het ontdooien nog 20 tot 30 minuten staan.
Vis
Filets, steaks, hele vis, zeevruchten
Keer het voedsel om na de pieptoon.
Laat het voedsel na het ontdooien nog 10 tot 20 minuten staan.
* Het te ontdooien voedsel moet in een ovenvaste houder onafgedekt op het glazen draaiplateau worden geplaatst.
* Dek indien nodig kleine stukken van het vlees of het gevogelte af met platte stukjes aluminiumfolie. Zo voorkomt u dat dunne stukken warm worden tijdens het
ontdooien. Zorg ervoor dat de folie de ovenwanden niet raakt.
* Verdeel voedsel als gehakt, karbonades, worst en spek zo snel mogelijk in stukken. Wanneer u de pieptoon hoort, keert u het voedsel om. Verwijder de
ontdooide stukken. Ga voort met het ontdooien van de overige stukken. Laat het voedsel na het ontdooien staan tot het volledig is ontvroren.
* Grote stukken vlees of een hele kip, bijvoorbeeld, moet u minstens 1 uur LATEN STAAN vóór het koken.
