1. Isecite gornji deo paradajza da napravite kape i
izvadite seme, pažljivo da ne oljuštite kožu. tikvice
Zatim svaki paradajz začinite sa solju i biberom.
2. Dodajte ostatak namirnica u posudu i dobro promešajte.
3. Napunite paradajze s mlevenom govedinom i
vratite kape na mesto.
4. Stavite napunjene paradajze u staklenu posudu i
pokrite sa plastičnim omotom.
5. Stavite hranu u rernu.
