Am besten eigenen sich mittelgrosse Kartoffeln (170-200g).
Kartoffeln waschen und trocknen. Die Kartoffeln einige Male mit der
Gabel einstechen und auf den Metallteller legen. Gewicht eingeben
und die Taste START drücken. Nach dem Garvorgang die Kartoffeln
herausnehmen. Mit einer Folie abgedeckt für 5 Minuten ruhen lassen.
VORSICHT: Der Grill und der Herd werden sehr HEISS.
Küchenhandschuhe verwenden.

Gemüse in eine mikrowellentaugliche Schale geben. Wasser
hinzugeben.
Mit Folie abdecken. Nach dem Kochen umrühren und ruhen lassen.
Die Wassermenge hängt von der Portion ab.
** 0,2kg – 0,4kg : 2 Esslöffel
** 0,5kg -0,8kg : 4 Esslöffel
