Zum Grillen von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten
Auf den Rost legen.
Den Fisch diagonal beidseitig einschneiden.
Um ein Austrocknen zu verhindern, Fisch oder Meeresfrüchte mit Butter,
Margarine oder Speiseöl vorher und während des Garens einpinseln.
Den Fisch respektive Fischfilets nach der halben Garzeit vorsichtig wenden.
