• Der Vorteil dieser Schnellauftaufunktionen ist die automatische Einstellung und Kontrolle des Auftauens. Wie beim herkömmlichen Auftauen von

Lebensmitteln müssen Sie jedoch auch hier die Lebensmittel während des Auftauens überprüfen.

• Um ein gutes Auftauergebnis zu erzielen, entfernen Sie erst sämtliche Original- Papier- oder Plastikverpackungen vom Fisch, Meeresfrüchten,

Fleisch und Geflügel, denn sonst hält die Verpackung den Dampf und die Flüssigkeit an den Lebensmitteln zurück und die

Lebensmitteloberfläche könnte anfangen zu kochen.

• Legen Sie die Lebensmittel in einen ofenfesten Glasbehälter oder – gefäß, um evtl. abtropfende Flüssigkeit aufzufangen.

• Beim Herausnehmen aus dem Herd sollten die Lebensmittel in der Mitte jeweils noch leicht gefroren sein.

• Lassen Sie die Lebensmittel nach dem Abtauen noch etwa 5 – 10 Minuten ruhen.
