Neem 120-220 g middelgrote aardappelen.
Was en droog te aardappelen. Prik een paar maal met een vork in de
aardappelen. Plaats de aardappelen op het rek.
Stel het gewicht in en druk op Start. Als u een piep hoort keert u het gerecht.
Laat de aardappelen na het koken vijf minuten onder aluminiumfolie rusten.
Doe de groente in een magnetronveilige kom.
Voeg de nodige hoeveelheid water toe.
** 0.2kg -0.4kg : 2 eetlepels van 15 ml elk
** 0.2kg -0.4kg : 4 eetlepels van 15 ml elk
Bedek met plasticfolie. Plaats het voedsel in de oven. Roer 3-4 seconden na het
koken. Laat 3 minuten afgedekt rusten.
Doe de groente in een magnetronveilige kom.
Voeg de nodige hoeveelheid water toe.

Bedek met plasticfolie. Plaats het voedsel in de oven. Roer 3-4 seconden na het
koken. Laat 3 minuten afgedekt rusten.
Doe de rijst of pasta en kokend water met 1/4 tot 1 theelepel zout in een grote
diepe kom (3 L).
** Rijst – Laat de rijst na het koken 5 minuten of tot al het water is geabsorbeerd
onder een doek rusten.
** Pasta – Onder het koken een paar keer doorroeren. Na het koken 1 tot 2
minuten laten rusten. De gare paste direct onder koud water afspoelen.
