Plaat de groente in en magnetronbestendigekom. Voeg water toe.

Dek met folie. Stel het gewicht in en druk op start.

Na voltooien , roer en laat het eten 2 minuten staan.

Voeg water toe naargelang de hoeveelheid eten.

** 0,2kg - 0,4kg : 2 eetlepels

** 0,5kg - 0,8kg : 4 eetlepels

Plaat de groente in en magnetronbestendigekom. Voeg water toe.

Dek met folie. Stel het gewicht in en druk op start.

Na voltooien , roer en laat het eten 2 minuten staan.

Hele vis, steaks

- Alleen vis: zalm, makreel

- Witte vis: kabeljauw, schelvis

Leg een enkele laag vis op een magnetron bestendige schaal.

Voeg 2 eetlepels citroensap toe.

Dek de schaal stevig met een plastiek zakje en prik er gatjes in. Zet de

schaal op het glazen plateau. Stel het gewicht in en druk op start.

Als het eten gaar is, haal de schaal uit de oven. Laat het eten 3 minuten

afkoelen vóór u het serveert.
