2.5kg samonilla flour(hard)
1.25kg ghee butter

Method
1. Mix samonilla flour, ghee and sugar for 10 minutes.
Add water and milk powder. And then remix for 4 minutes more. Set aside.
2. Put all of the stuffing into the bowl and combine well.
3. Cut the batter into the small pieces and place the stuffing on the each piece.
Shape into a ball.
4. Place the prepared food on the greased metal tray.
5. Choose the Menu, press start key without food to preheat the oven.
The oven will beep at the end of the preheat period.
Open the door, place the food on the low rack on the glass tray.
And then press start key again.
6. After cooking, remove from the oven.
Spread the icing sugar onto the top of the food.
Let stand until gets cold before serve.
