Vlees ontdooi tips & technieken

U kunt vlees in de originele verpakking ontdooien als deze geen metaal bevat. Verwijder alle metalen ringen, draad of folie.

Plaats het vlees in een magnetronschaal om het vocht op te vangen. Ontdooi vlees alleen zolang als nodig is. Scheidt vlees als karbonades, worsten en spek zo

snel als Mogelijk. Verwijder de ontdooide delen en vervolg het ontdooien van de overige stukken. Grote stukken vlees zijn klaar om te laten staan als een vork

met matige kracht in het midden van het vlees kan worden gedrukt. Het midden zal nog iets bevroren zijn. Laat het staan tot het geheel ontdooid is.
