1. Maak het voedsel schoon.
2. Schenk 300 ml kraanwater in de stoomschaal. Plaats het stoombord op de schaal. Plaats
het voedsel op het stoombord in een enkele laag (niet op elkaar).
Bedek het voedsel met de stoomdeksel.
3. Plaats de stoomschaal in het midden van de glasplaat.
4. Laat het voedsel na het stomen 1 tot 2 minuten in de oven staan. (voedsel dunner dan 2,5
cm)
