(Witte saus)
0,5 kg ~ 1,2 kg
Methode
Gebruik deze toets voor thuis bereide aardappelgratin. Plaats het voedsel op het
lage rooster.
Laat het na het bereiden nog 1 tot 2 minuten staan.
400 gr aardappelen
100 gr uien (in dunne schijfjes gesneden)
2/3 eetlepel boter
3 plakjes spek
350 gr witte saus
80 gr in stukjes gesneden mozzarellakaas
Zout, zwarte peper
3 eetlepels boter, 5 eetlepels bloem, 2,5 koppen melk
Plaats de boter in een grote kom. Stel de magnetron op HOOG vermogen
tot de boter smelt. Voeg bloem toe en laat de magnetron gedurende 2
minuten in de HOGE vermogensstand werken. Voeg melk, zout en zwarte
peper toe. Zet deze gedurende 15 minuten in de magnetron op de HOGE
vermogensstand. (Tijdens de bereiding verschillende malen roeren.)
1. Bak de aardappelen met de functie Jacket Potato, schil ze daarna en 
snijd ze in dunne schijfjes. Voeg zout en peper toe.
2. Meng de uien en de boter in een kom. Zet deze gedurende 2 minuten in 
de magnetron op de HOGE vermogensstand.
3. Plaats een derde van de witte saus in de gratinschotel. Voeg 
aardappelen, uien en spek toe. 
Giet de rest van de witte saus hierover.
4. Besprenkelen met kaas. Plaats de schotel op het lage rooster op de 
glazen schaal. Na het koken nog 2 tot 3 minuten laten staan.
