Voorzorgsmaatregelen voor de vingerafdruksensor
De nauwkeurigheid van de vingerafdrukherkenning kan om diverse
redenen afnemen. Voor een optimale herkenning controleert u het
volgende alvorens het toestel te gebruiken.
• Het apparaat heeft een vingerafdruksensor. Zorg ervoor dat de
vingerafdruksensor niet wordt beschadigd door een metalen voorwerp,
zoals munt of sleutel.
• Bij de aanwezigheid van water, stof of andere vreemde stoffen op de
vingerafdruksensor of uw vinger kan de registratie of herkenning van
vingerafdrukken mislukken. Was en droog uw vinger voordat u de
vingerafdruksensor gebruikt.
• Een vingerafdruk wordt mogelijk niet naar behoren herkend als u een
litteken op uw vinger hebt of als uw vinger niet glad genoeg is omdat
deze nat is.
• Als u uw vinger plooit of alleen de top van uw vinger gebruikt, wordt
uw vingerafdruk mogelijk niet herkend. Zorg ervoor dat uw vinger het
volledige oppervlak van de vingerafdruksensor bedekt.
• Scan bij elke registratie slechts één vinger. Als u meerdere vingers scant,
kan de registratie en herkenning van de vingerafdruk worden beïnvloed.
• Het toestel genereert mogelijk statische elektriciteit als de lucht in de
omgeving droog is. Als de lucht in de omgeving droog is, kunt u het
beste geen vingerafdrukken scannen of raakt u vóór het scannen van
de vingerafdrukken een metalen voorwerp zoals een munt of sleutel
aan zodat de statische elektriciteit wordt weggeleid.
