5. Betingelser

- Garantien er kun gyldig, hvis den oprindelige kvittering

udstedt til den oprindelige køber af forhandleren med

købsdato og serienummer fremvises sammen med det

produkt, der skal repareres eller erstattes. LG Electronics

forbeholder sig retten til at nægte garantiservice, hvis

disse oplysninger er blevet fjernet eller ændret i forhold til

det oprindelige køb hos forhandleren.

- Hvis LG Electronics reparerer eller udskifter produktet,

er det dækket i den tilbageværende garantiperiode

for den originale garanti eller i halvfems (90) dage fra

reparationsdatoen, efter hvad der er længst. Reparation

eller udskiftning kan omfatte brugen af funktionelt

tilsvarende enheder, der er blevet sat i stand. Udskiftede

dele eller komponenter tilhører LG Electronics.

- Denne garanti dækker ikke fejl på produktet, der skyldes

almindelig slitage eller misbrug, herunder, men ikke

begrænset til, brug på anden vis end den normale,

i overensstemmelse med vejledningen til brug og

vedligeholdelse af produktet. Garantien dækker heller ikke

produktfejl som følge af uheld, ændringer eller justeringer,

uforklarlige hændelser eller skader pga. væske.

utilstrækkelig reparation, modikation eller service udført

af en person, der ikke er autoriseret af LG Electronics.
