INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES
ADVERTENCIA
Para reducir el riesgo de explosión, incendio, muerte, descarga eléctrica,
lesiones o quemaduras a personas al utilizar este producto, siga
instrucciones básicas de seguridad, entre las que se encuentran las
siguientes:
Instalación
• No instale el aparato de aire acondicionado sobre una superficie inestable o en
un lugar en el que exista el peligro de que se caiga.
• Póngase en contacto con un servicio técnico autorizado para la instalación o
cambio de ubicación del aparato de aire acondicionado
• Instale correctamente el panel y la tapa de la caja de control.
• No instale el aire acondicionado en un lugar donde se almacenen líquidos
inamables o gases como gasolina, propano, disolventes, etc.
• Asegúrese de que el tubo y el cable de alimentación que conecta a la
unidad interior y exterior no estén demasiado tirantes cuando instale el aire
acondicionado.
• Utilice un disyuntor y un fusible estándar que cumplan con la clasificación del
aparato de aire acondicionado.
• No introduzca aire o gas en el sistema sin el refrigerante específico.
• Utilice gas no inamable (nitrógeno) para inspeccionar las fugas y purgar el
aire; si utiliza aire comprimido o gas inamable podría producirse un incendio o
una explosión.
• Las conexiones de cables entre unidades deben estar ajustadas firmemente, y
el cable debe estar bien colocado para que no haya ninguna fuerza que tire del
cable desde los terminales de conexión. Las conexiones inapropiadas o sueltas
pueden provocar la generación de calor o incendios.
• Instale una toma eléctrica y un disyuntor dedicados antes de utilizar el aparato
de aire acondicionado.
• No conecte la toma de tierra a un tubo de gas, pararrayos, o a una toma de
tierra de teléfono.
