Als uw tv het breedbeeldsignaal ontvangt,

wordt dit automatisch omgezet in het beeld-

formaat dat moet worden uitgezonden.

U kan films (het beeldformaat 14:9) of

gewone TV-programma’s bekijken via de

modus 14:9. Het 14:9- scherm ziet eruit als

een 4:3-beeld dat is vergroot naar

boven/onder links/rechts.

Na selectie wordt het beeld zonder wijziging

weergegeven, terwijl het volledige scherm wordt

gevuld. Het bovenste en onderste gedeelte van

het beeld worden echter afgesneden.

wijzigen, zowel horizontaal uitgerekt en verti-

caal afgesneden Het resultaat is een compro-

mis tussen beeldaanpassing en scher-

mdekking.

De volgende keuze heeft tot gevolg dat u het

beeld in de beste kwaliteit ziet zonder dat het

originele beeld in hoge resolutie vermindert.

Let op: Als het originele beeld ruis bevat, ziet

u ruis aan de beeldranden.

OPMERKINGEN

U kunt de beeldverhoudingen 16:9 (breedbeeld), 4:3, 14:9 en Zoom 1/2 alleen in de component-

modus (lager dan 720p) instellen.

U kunt de beeldverhoudingen 4:3 en 16:9 (breedbeeld) alleen in de RGB/HDMI[PC]-modus instellen.

In de modus HDMI/Component (meer dan 720 p) is Scannen beschikbaar.

U kunt “Original” alleen bij digitale teletekst (MHEG-5) in Groot-Brittannië selecteren.
