Slechte kopieerkwaliteit

Hier volgen enkele voorbeelden van een slechte kopieerkwaliteit:

• Lege pagina's

• Dambordpatroon

• Vervormde afbeeldingen

• Ontbrekende tekens

• Fletse afdrukken

• Donkere afdrukken

• Scheve lijnen

• Vlekken

• Strepen

• Onverwachte tekens

• Witte lijnen in afdrukken

Probeer een of meer van de volgende oplossingen:

VERWIJDER EVENTUELE FOUTBERICHTEN

Controleer de display en verwijder eventuele foutberichten die worden weergegeven.

VERVANG DE TONER- OF INKTCARTRIDGE

Vervang de toner- of inktcartridge als afdrukken vaag blijven.

REINIG DE GLASPLAAT

Mogelijk is de glasplaat vuil. Reinig de glasplaat met een schone, stofvrije doek die met water is bevochtigd.

PAS DE TONERINTENSITEIT VOOR DE KOPIE AAN

Pas de tonerintensiteit voor de kopie aan met de menu's van Kopiëren.

CONTROLEER OF DE KWALITEIT VAN HET ORIGINELE DOCUMENT IN ORDE IS

Controleer de kwaliteit van het originele document.

PLAATS HET ORIGINELE DOCUMENT CORRECT OP DE GLASPLAAT

Zorg dat het document of de foto met de bedrukte zijde naar beneden in de linkerbovenhoek van de glasplaat is

geplaatst.
