Problemen met afdrukken oplossen
Taken worden niet afgedrukt
Hierna volgen mogelijke oplossingen. Probeer een van de volgende opties:
CONTROLEER OF DE PRINTER KLAAR IS OM AF TE DRUKKEN
Controleer of Gereed of Spaarstand op de display wordt weergegeven voordat u een afdruktaak naar de printer
verzendt.
CONTROLEER OF DE STANDAARDUITVOERLADE VOL IS
Verwijder de stapel papier uit de standaarduitvoerlade.
CONTROLEER OF DE LADE LEEG IS
Vul de lade met papier.
CONTROLEER OF DE JUISTE PRINTERSOFTWARE IS GEÏNSTALLEERD
Controleer of u de juiste printersoftware hebt geïnstalleerd voor uw printermodel. Start de cd Software en
documentatie om te controleren welke software geïnstalleerd is. Zie “Printersoftware installeren” op pagina 22
voor meer informatie. Zorg ervoor dat het modelnummer van de software overeenkomt met het modelnummer
van uw printer.
Kijk op de website van Lexmark op www.lexmark.com om te controleren of u over de meest recente
printersoftware beschikt.
CONTROLEER OF DE PRINTER OP HET NETWERK IS AANGESLOTEN
Druk een pagina met netwerkinstellingen af en controleer of Verbonden wordt weergegeven als status. Als Niet
verbonden als status wordt weergegeven, controleert u de netwerkkabels en probeert u opnieuw de pagina met
netwerkinstellingen af te drukken. Neem contact op met uw systeembeheerder om te controleren of het netwerk
goed werkt.
GEBRUIK ALLEEN EEN AANBEVOLEN USB- OF ETHERNET-KABEL.

CONTROLEER OF DE PRINTERKABELS GOED ZIJN BEVESTIGD
Controleer of de printerkabels goed zijn bevestigd. Raadpleeg de meegeleverde installatiedocumentatie van de
printer voor meer informatie.
