CONTROLEER DE INKTCARTRIDGES

Als het document nog steeds niet de gewenste afdrukkwaliteit heeft, voert u de volgende stappen uit:

1 Lijn de inktcartridges uit. Zie voor meer informatie “Inktcartridges uitlijnen” op pagina 125. Als de

afdrukkwaliteit niet is verbeterd, gaat u door met de volgende stap.

2 De spuitopeningen van de inktcartridge reinigen. Zie voor meer informatie “Spuitopeningen van de

inktcartridges reinigen” op pagina 126. Als de afdrukkwaliteit niet is verbeterd, gaat u door met de volgende

stap.

3 De inktcartridges installeren. Zie voor meer informatie “Inktcartridges installeren” op pagina 123.

4 Veeg de spuitopeningen en contactpunten van de cartridge schoon. Zie voor meer informatie “Spuitopeningen

en contactpunten van de inktcartridge schoonvegen” op pagina 126.

Is de afdrukkwaliteit hierna nog steeds niet naar behoren, dan moet u de inktcartridges vervangen. Zie voor

meer informatie “Supplies bestellen” op pagina 129.

Kwaliteit van tekst en afbeeldingen is slecht

• Lege pagina's

• Donkere afdrukken

• Fletse afdrukken

• Onjuiste kleuren

• Lichte en donkere banen op de afdruk

• Scheve lijnen

• Vlekken

• Strepen

• Witte lijnen in afdrukken

Dit zijn mogelijke oplossingen. Probeer een of meer van de volgende oplossingen:

CONTROLEER DE INKT

Controleer de inktvoorraden en installeer zo nodig nieuwe inktcartridges.

VERWIJDER VELLEN PAPIER WANNEER DEZE ZIJN AFGEDRUKT

Verwijder voor de volgende materiaalsoorten de afzonderlijke vellen zodra ze worden uitgevoerd en laat de vellen

drogen om te voorkomen dat de inkt gaat vlekken:

• Documenten met afbeeldingen

• Fotopapier

• Extra zwaar, mat papier of glossy papier

• Transparanten

• Etiketten

• Enveloppen

• Opstrijktransfers

Opmerking: de transparanten moeten ongeveer 15 minuten drogen.

GEBRUIK EEN ANDER MERK PAPIER

Bij elk merk papier wordt inkt anders opgenomen en worden kleuren verschillend afgedrukt. Als u foto's of andere

afbeeldingen van hoge kwaliteit afdrukt, kunt u voor optimale resultaten het beste Lexmark fotopapier gebruiken.
