• Klik op Te scannen item automatisch bijsnijden: om met de schuifregelaar de bijgesneden waarde te
selecteren.
• Klik op Te scannen gebied selecteren om een waarde te selecteren in de keuzelijst.
• Klik op Afbeeldingen converteren naar tekst met OCR om afbeeldingen naar tekst te converteren.
4 Klik op OK.
Bestand toevoegen aan een e-mailbericht
1 Dubbelklik op het bureaublad op het pictogram Productivity Studio.
2 Klik onder Documentbeheer op Werken met documenten en foto's.
3 Klik op Toevoegen en selecteer Bestand toevoegen op de computer.
4 Open de map waarin het bestand is opgeslagen. De miniatuur wordt weergegeven in de lijst met bestanden die
moeten worden verzonden.
5 Klik op Openen om een bestand te selecteren.
6 Selecteer bij Werken met documenten en foto's het bestand dat u wilt toevoegen.
7 Klik op E-mailen om een e-mailbericht te maken waaraan de gescande afbeeldingen zijn toegevoegd.
Nieuwe gescande afbeelding toevoegen aan een e-
mailbericht
1 Dubbelklik op het bureaublad op het pictogram Productivity Studio.
2 Plaats de afbeelding met de bedrukte zijde omlaag op de glasplaat en sluit de bovenklep.
3 Klik op E-mailen.
4 Klik op Start. De afbeelding wordt gescand.
5 Selecteer de afbeeldingsgrootte in het gedeelte Verzendkwaliteit en -snelheid.
6 Klik op E-mail maken om een e-mailbericht te maken waaraan de gescande afbeeldingen zijn toegevoegd.
Documenten of afbeeldingen scannen voor e-mailen
U kunt gescande afbeeldingen als bijlagen verzenden met uw standaard-e-mailtoepassing.
1 Plaats een origineel document met de bedrukte zijde naar beneden in de ADI of op de glasplaat.
Opmerking: Plaats geen briefkaarten, foto's, kleine items, transparanten, fotopapier of dunne voorwerpen (zoals
knipsels uit tijdschriften) in de ADI. Plaats deze items op de glasplaat.
