Was ist ein Schlüsselindex?

Ein Drahtloszugriffspunkt (Drahtlosrouter) kann mit vier WEP-Schlüsseln konfiguriert werden. Es wird jedoch immer

nur ein Schlüssel für das Netzwerk verwendet. Die Schlüssel sind nummeriert. Die Nummer eines Schlüssels wird als

Schlüsselindex bezeichnet. Alle Geräte im Drahtlosnetzwerk müssen zur Verwendung desselben Schlüsselindex

konfiguriert sein, wenn mehrere WEP-Schlüssel auf dem Drahtloszugriffspunkt (Drahtlosrouter) konfiguriert sind.

Der Drucker verwendet standardmäßig den ersten Schlüssel. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Drahtlosgeräte im Netzwerk

so konfiguriert sind, dass der erste WEP-Schlüssel verwendet wird, wenn ein Schlüssel ausgewählt werden kann.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Drahtloszugriffspunkt (Drahtlosrouter) auch zur Verwendung des ersten Schlüssels

konfiguriert ist. Der erste Schlüssel weist normalerweise den Index 0 auf, obwohl er bei einigen Geräten auch 1 lauten

kann.
