Bedrucken von Umschlägen
1 Legen Sie die Umschläge in den Drucker ein.
2 Druckauftrag senden:
Windows-Benutzer
a Klicken Sie bei geöffnetem Dokument auf Datei Drucken.
b Klicken Sie auf Eigenschaften, Voreinstellungen, Optionen oder Installation.
c Wählen Sie auf der Registerkarte "Druckereinrichtung" in der Liste "Papiersorte" die Option Normalpapier
aus.
d Wählen Sie in der Liste "Papierformat" die Größe des Umschlags aus.
Hinweis: Wählen Sie zum Bedrucken eines benutzerdefinierten Umschlags Benutzerdefiniertes Format
aus und geben Sie die Höhe und die Breite des Umschlags an.
e Wählen Sie eine Ausrichtung aus.
f Klicken Sie auf OK, um sämtliche Dialogfelder der Druckersoftware zu schließen.
g Klicken Sie auf OK oder Drucken.
Macintosh-Benutzer
a Wählen Sie bei geöffnetem Dokument Ablage > Drucken.
b Wählen Sie im Popup-Menü "Drucker" den Drucker aus.
c Klicken Sie ggf. auf das Einblenddreieck.
d Wählen Sie im Popup-Menü "Druckoptionen" die Option Kopien und Seiten aus und klicken Sie dann auf
Papierformat.
e Wählen Sie im Popup-Menü "Papierformat" das Umschlagformat aus. Falls kein Format mit dem des
Umschlags übereinstimmt, legen Sie ein benutzerdefiniertes Format fest.
f Wählen Sie eine Ausrichtung aus und klicken Sie auf OK.
g Klicken Sie auf Drucken.
Hinweise:
• Die meisten Umschläge werden im Querformat bedruckt.
• Dieselbe Ausrichtung muss auch in der Anwendung ausgewählt sein.
Bedrucken von Etiketten
1 Legen Sie Etikettenbögen in den Drucker ein.
2 Druckauftrag senden:
