1 Navigieren Sie im Bedienfeld zu:
Einstellungen > Sicherheit > Einstellungen für den vertraulichen Druck.
2 Konfigurieren Sie die Einstellungen.
Funktion Beschreibung
Max. ungültige PINs Beschränken Sie die Anzahl ungültiger PIN-Eingaben.
Hinweis: Ist der Grenzwert erreicht, werden die Druckaufträge für diesen
Benutzernamen gelöscht.
Ablaurist für vertrauliche
Aufträge
Legen Sie den Ablaufszeitraum für vertrauliches Drucken fest.
Hinweis: Vertrauliche angehaltene Aufträge sind im Druckerspeicher, bis
freigegeben oder manuell gelöscht werden.
Ablaurist für
Druckwiederholung
Legen Sie den Ablaufzeitraum für einen wiederholten Druckauftrag fest.
Hinweis: Wiederholen Sie im Druckerspeicher gespeicherte Aufträge.
Ablaurist für zu überprüfende
Aufträge
Legen Sie die Ablaurist so fest, dass der Drucker eine Kopie ausdruckt, bevor er
die restlichen Exemplare druckt.
Hinweis: Bestätigte Aufträge drucken eine Kopie, damit Sie diese überprüfen
können, bevor die restlichen Exemplare gedruckt werden.
Ablaurist für reservierten
Druck
Legen Sie die zeitliche Begrenzung für das Speichern von Druckaufträgen im
Drucker fest.
Hinweis: Reserviert angehaltene Aufträge werden nach dem Drucken
automatisch gelöscht.
Anhalten aller Aufträge
erfordern
Stellen Sie ein, dass der Drucker alle Druckaufträge anhält.
Doppelte Dokumente
beibehalten
Stellen Sie den Drucker so ein, dass alle Dokumente mit demselben Dateinamen
gedruckt werden.

  • I have an MC3224 printer attached to a DELL laptop with Windows 10 installed. I'm trying to set up to scan to the computer. All I can find is that I need an IP # for the printer, which I do not have or at least cannot find. What can I do to make this thing operate ? Submitted on 25-5-2022 at 00:33

  • My MC3224 displays a paper jam fault. There is no jam, but the printer will not reset the fault. Nothing I have done helps. Is there a way to reset the fault? Submitted on 14-10-2021 at 14:15
