17 INSTEMMING MET ELEKTRONISCH AANGAAN VAN OVEREENKOMST. U en Lexmark stemmen ermee in deze

Licentieovereenkomst elektronisch aan te gaan. Dit betekent dat als u op de knop "Akkoord" of "Ja" op deze

pagina klikt of dit product gebruikt, u bevestigt dat u akkoord gaat met de voorwaarden van deze

Licentieovereenkomst en dat u dit doet met de bedoeling een overeenkomst van Lexmark te "ondertekenen".

18 TEKENINGSBEVOEGDHEID. U verklaart dat u wettelijk meerderjarig bent op het moment dat u deze

Licentieovereenkomst tekent en dat u, indien van toepassing, door uw werkgever of meerdere bent gemachtigd

deze overeenkomst aan te gaan.

19 VOLLEDIGE OVEREENKOMST. Deze Licentieovereenkomst vormt (samen met eventuele aanvullingen en

aanpassingen van deze Overeenkomst die met de Software worden meegeleverd) de volledige overeenkomst

tussen u en Lexmark met betrekking tot de Software. Alle voorgaande of mondelinge of geschreven

communicatie, voorstellen en verklaringen met betrekking tot de Software en overige in deze

Licentieovereenkomst behandelde onderwerpen, worden tenietgedaan door deze voorwaarden (met

uitzondering van dergelijke randvoorwaarden die niet in strijd zijn met de voorwaarden van deze

Licentieovereenkomst en andere geschreven en door u en Lexmark ondertekende overeenkomsten met

betrekking tot uw gebruik van de Software). Indien een beleid of programma van Lexmark voor

ondersteuningsservices in strijd is met de voorwaarden van deze Licentieovereenkomst, hebben de voorwaarden

van deze Licentieovereenkomst voorrang.
