1 INLEIDING
Gefeliciteerd met uw aankoop van de HBM Sensor Watch 2002. We hopen dat u geniet van de
hartslagmeter en de vele voordelen die het toestel biedt. Bij het trainen of sporten gaat uw hart
van nature sneller bloed door het lichaam pompen in functie van het gestegen energieniveau.
Met de hartslagmeter kan u de hartslag op een eenvoudige manier meten. De HBM Sensor
Watch ondersteunt 5 gebruikersmodi:
2 VEILIGHEIDSINFORMATIE
Het gebruik van een hartslagmeter vervangt professionele medische aandacht NIET. Als u lijdt
aan een hartaandoening, ziekte of recent met een fitnesstraining bent gestart, is het raadzaam
een arts te raadplegen of met uw trainer te praten en een fitnessprogramma op uw maat uit te
werken.
De HBM SW 2002 mag alleen worden gebruikt als een leidraad voor een veilig hartritme. Het
toestel mag NIET worden gebruikt als een medische hartslagmeter. Als u niet zeker bent van de
gevolgen van uw trainingsprogramma voor uw hart, raadpleeg dan een arts.
