9 De armband aanbrengen
1. Verwijder horloges, juwelen, enz.
vooraleer u de armband bevestigt.
Mouwen moeten worden opgerold.
2. Druk met twee vingers op de
slagader op uw arm ongeveer 2,5
cm boven de elleboog aan de
binnenkant van uw linkerarm om de
plek te vinden waar uw polsslag het
sterkst is.
3. Schuif het uiteinde van de armband
dat het verst verwijderd is van de
buis in een lus door de metalen ring.
De gladde stof moet aan de
binnenkant van de band zijn. De
velcro is aan de buitenkant van de
band.
4. Steek de linkerarm door de lus van
de armband. De onderkant van de
band moet ongeveer 1,5 cm boven
de elleboog zitten. De band moet
over de slagader aan de binnenkant
van de arm liggen.
5. Trek aan de band tot hij boven- en
onderaan strak rond uw arm zit.
6. Wanneer de band correct is
geplaatst, drukt u de velcro stevig
tegen de pluizige zijde van de band.
De metalen ring raakt uw huid niet.
7. Ontspan heel uw lichaam, vooral het
gebied tussen uw elleboog en
vingers. Plaats uw elleboog op een
tafel zodat de band op dezelfde
hoogte als uw hart ligt. Vermijd
achteruit leunen tijdens het meten.
