4.5 Klepbediening

De Bakermat ovens zijn uitgerust met een ontluchtingsklep. Dit geldt niet voor de Bakermat MK3 met twee

plaatgeleiders.

U bedient de klep door op te drukken.

Wanneer het rode lampje naast de toets brandt, is de klep gesloten.

Tips

Met de klep dicht, warmt de oven sneller op. Dit bespaart energie.

Vijf minuten voor het einde van de bereidingstijd moet bij alle producten de klep open gezet worden.

4.6 Stoominjectie

Het is mogelijk om tijdens de bereiding handmatig een stoominjectie te geven. Hiermee verhoogt u het

vochtgehalte in de ovenkamer.

Druk in gedurende de tijd dat u stoom wilt inspuiten in de bakruimte.

Dit stomen werkt pas goed als de oven voldoende heet is.
