I was just given a used Lenova 10" tablet TB-X103F and have : 8424

I was just given a used Lenova 10" tablet TB-X103F and have had the charger plugged in for an hour but the screen is still blank. Never used a tablet before so I downloaded the manual and it doesn't even explain what the side buttons are for or which is the "on" button. I've tried various combinations with the two buttons on the side and still nothing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated...thanks!
