Power supply
1. Battery application:
Push the battery door downward according to the direction show in the battery door of the product body
and open the battery door. Insert 6 pieces (UM-2 size) batteries according to the direction shown by the
diagram on the battery compartment and cover properly the battery door. Replace the batteries when
the volume is getting low or the CD player is incapable
Note: Do not mix the batteries of different types, or use the old battery and the new battery together.
Never charge the battery or heat the battery or break the battery. When taking out of the battery when it
is exhausted, if it is found that the battery is with leakage, the battery should be taken out and the leaked
liquid should be thoroughly wiped out.
2. AC power operation
Insert one end of the AC power cord to the input jack of AC power, another end is plugged into the city
mains.
For dual voltage, make sure that the AC voltage selector (located on the bottom battery compartment of
the unit) is switched to your local voltage. (optional)
(You can only use the AC power cord provided together with the player, using other types of power cords
may cause fire or electric shock.)
*** After the player is connected to the power, the power switch is pushed to the on location; the power
indicator will be lit. The power indicator will be normally lit when the power supply switch is pushed to
“OFF”, cutting originally the power supply of the player and the indicator will not be lit at this time.
OPERATION OF EACH FUNCTION
HOW TO OPERATE CD/MP3
1. Move the Function switch (20) to CD/MP3 position.
2. Press the CD open/stop button (4), open the CD door, Insert the disc (label side up) and close the
door.
Several seconds after closing the door, it will automatically play the first song. The LCD display will
Show “CD” or “MP3” according to the inserted type of CD.
3. To adjust the Volume control switch (21) to be your desired level and enjoy the music.
4. Press the CD play/pause (7), you can pause playback, press again to resume playback.
5. If you want to stop the playback, just press the CD stop button (4).
6. During the playback, to press backward button (5), you can return to the previous song and by
pressing the forward button (6), you can skip to the next song. If you press the forward button (6) or
backward button (5) for a long time, it will fast forward/backward.
7. During playback, press the “MODE” button (3), it will repeat the current song, the LCD will show as
in figure 1. Press the button a second time; It will repeat the whole disc. The LCD will show as in
figure 2. When you press the button for the third time, the player will randomly playback. The LCD
will show as in figure 4. When you press the button for the fourth time, the player will turn back to
normal playback.
