• Meet de afstand van START tot EINDE in centimeters (cm). Bereken
vervolgens uw staplengte door de totale afstand door 10 te verdelen.
Voorbeeld:
• Totale afstand = 800 cm
• 800 cm ÷ 10 stappen = 80 cm
b. De teller van de stappenteller starten/sluiten
• Selecteer “Start” om de tellerfunctie van de stappenteller te openen en
starten nadat de instellingen zijn voltooid; de tellerweergave zal
verschijnen en de tijd begint te lopen vanaf “00:00:00”. De
stappensensor begint nu ook uw stappen te tellen. U kunt beginnen te
lopen, joggen of rennen zoals ingesteld.
• U zult de volgende informatie ontvangen: Stappen, afstand, verbrandde
calorieën en snelheid worden op de stappentellerweergave getoond.
Tellerweergave van de stappenteller
• De gegevens van de stappenteller zullen pas op het scherm verschijnen
nadat de eerste +/- 12 stappen zijn genomen, omdat de software enkele
gegevens nodig heeft om de stappen te analyseren en de resultaten
vervolgens op het scherm weer te geven.
• Om de tellerfunctie van de stappenteller te verlaten en uw persoonlijke
tellerregistratie op te slaan, drukt u op de toets M om een
bevestigingsscherm te openen en selecteert u vervolgens “Yes” (Ja) om te
bevestigen en terug te keren naar het hoofdmenu. De registratie is nu
opgeslagen. Of,
• Selecteer “No” (Nee) om te annuleren en de telling van de stappenteller
te vervolgen.
c. Registratie controleren
• Selecteer in het stappentellermenu de optie “Look up” (Bekijken) om de
registratie van uw persoonlijke telling te controleren. De speler
