SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Antes de ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, compruebe
por si mismo la tabla que aparece a continuación.
No se proyecta ninguna
imagen o aparece un
mensaje «No Signal» (Sin
Señal)
1.
La luz de encendido está encendida. Si no
está encendida, compruebe que el proyector
esté enchufado a la red eléctrica, que la toma
esté encendida, y a continuación pulse el
botón de encendido en el proyector.
2.
No olvide quitar la tapa de la lente.
3.
Compruebe que los cables estén bien
conectados e instalados según el Manual del
usuario.
4.
Es posible que la fuente de la imagen no esté
establecida correctamente. Pulse el botón
Source en el Panel de control o en el mando
a distancia para seleccionar el ajuste
correcto.
5.
Verifique en la sección de Menú bajo Señal
de entrada de vídeo para comprobar que se
haya establecido correctamente.
La lámpara (bombilla) se
apaga cuando transcurre
un período de tiempo
¿Está rojo el indicador luminoso de advertencia? Si
ese es el caso, el proyector se sobrecalienta, lo
que apaga la luz de forma automática.
1. Deje que se enfríe el proyector durante un
momento.
2. Cuando se haya enfriado, compruebe que
nada bloquee las rejillas de ventilación.
3. Compruebe que el filtro de aire esté limpio y
límpielo si es necesario.
4. Encienda el proyector.
Si el problema continúa, póngase en contacto con su
proveedor de asistencia para obtener más ayuda.
La imagen es más ancha
en la parte
superior/inferior de la
pantalla
Esto se denomina keystone y se debe a que el
ángulo de proyección no es perpendicular a la
pantalla. Para corregir, utilice los proyectores
incorporados en la función Keystone para ajustar la
imagen.
Manchas en la pantalla
Uso de una aspiradora para limpiar la lente. Si la
limpieza no soluciona los problemas, póngase en
contacto con su proveedor de asistencia para
obtener más ayuda.
El brillo de la imagen se
ha desvanecido
Esto podría ser debido a la luz ambiental en la
habitación. Si no es así, lo más probable es que
necesite reemplazar la lámpara (bombilla).
