- Empuje suavemente y gire el contrapeso hacia la parte posterior del
brazo (con la escala dando hacia la parte delantera del tocadiscos).
- Retire el tapón de protección del cartucho.
- Baje el brazo y coloque el cartucho en el espacio entre el soporte del
brazo y el plato.
Gire con cuidado el contrapeso hasta que el brazo se equilibre. El
brazo debe volver a la posición equilibrada si se mueve hacia arriba o
hacia abajo. Este ajuste debe hacerse con cuidado.
- Una vez que el brazo está correctamente equilibrado devuélvalo a su
soporte. Sujete el contrapeso sin moverlo y suavemente gire el anillo de
la escala de fuerza descendente hasta que el cero esté en línea con la
línea negra situada en la parte posterior brazo. Compruebe si el brazo
todavía está nivelado.
- Gire el contrapeso en dirección antihoraria (visto desde el frente) para
ajustar la fuerza descendente conforme a las recomendaciones del
fabricante del cartucho. Una marca en la escala representa 0.05g de
fuerza descendente.
