Nota. Sólo para la máquina PL62T: comprueba que el regulador PID (8) alcanza
la temperatura ideal de 121°C congurado de fábrica. Para modicar este valor: lee la
sección “Regulación Termopid”.

Preparar un espresso
Gracias a los parámetros de funcionamiento precongurados, la máquina ya está lista
para preparar un espresso.
Nota. La máquina está provista de una supercie calienta tazas (9). El empleo de
tazas calientes resalta las cualidades organolépticas del espresso.

Prepara la máquina espresso para la extracción de café
E.1 Controla el nivel de agua del depósito. En caso de que falte agua, sigue las
instrucciones del punto B.
E.2 Enciende la máquina espresso pulsando el interruptor general on/off (7).
E.3 Espera a que se apague el piloto de la resistencia (10).
E.4 Sujeta con fuerza el portaltros (e) sin café al grupo (13) al menos hasta que
se alinee el mango con el símbolo del candado colocado en el grupo.
E.5 Espera a que se apague el piloto de la resistencia (10) - unos 20 minutos - y
que la presión del manómetro (5) señale alrededor de 1-1,2 bares.
E.6 Levanta la palanca del café (14) y extrae agua durante unos segundos.
E.7 Vuelve a llevar la palanca del café (14) a la posición inicial. La máquina está
lista para preparar el café.
Nota. De esta manera se favorece la armonización entre la temperatura del grupo y
la del portaltros, parámetro importante para obtener un café excelente.
Nota. La alternancia continua del piloto de la resistencia (10) indica que esta está
calentando de forma cíclica el agua en el interior de la caldera.

Hacer café
F.1 LIntroduce el ltro elegido en el portaltros caliente (e).
F.2 Vierte en el ltro la cantidad de café molido deseada.
Nota. Se recomiendan 7 gr para una dosis y 14 gr para dos dosis.
