Exempt from guarantee is:
1. normal wear and tear or other naturally caused wear deciencies;
2. Damage caused by improper use or handling (e.g. shock, impact, fall);
3. Damage caused by non-compliance with the provided operating instruc-
tions;
In case of a warranty claim, Leifheit guarantees at its own discretion, either
the repair of defective parts or the exchange of the product. If a repair cannot
be carried out and an identical product of this range is no longer available for
exchange, you will receive an equivalent replacement product. Reimburse-
ment of the purchase price is not possible in case of a warranty claim. Also,
this guarantee does not grant any damage claims.
To make use of the guarantee, please contact the dealer from whom you
bought the product and present the defective product and the sales receipt
(copy). The guarantee is valid world-wide.
Your statutory rights, especially guarantee rights, still apply for you and are
not limited by this guarantee.
It is a mandatory prerequisite that you use the provided original Leif-
heit ground socket or an existing ground socket with a cover! It is not
permitted to use twist oor plug by Leifheit and foreign mounting so-
ckets or plugs because the lift-o protection is not built-in. On demand,
the Leifheit ground socket is available as an accessory part in shops or as a
replacement part via the Leifheit customer service. Further information
about guarantee can be found at www.leifheit.de.

Le produit de qualité existant est couvert par la garantie de 3 ans Leifheit AG
à compter de la date d‘achat (autrement dit, pour les commandes, à la récep-
tion de la marchandise). Vous devez formuler les réclamations en garantie

d’une valeur comparable. En cas de garantie, un remboursement du prix
