Indicaciones generales de seguridad:
• ¡No mire directamente al rayo! Evite en cualquier caso una radiación de
los ojos tanto causal como intencionada.
• ¡Mantenga el láser fuera del alcance de niños o jóvenes!
• No oriente el rayo láser innecesariamente hacia las personas.
• Mantenga una distancia de ojos mínima de 15 cm a la reflexión del rayo
láser sobre una superficie. El láser puede provocar reflejos peligrosos.
• No mire nunca el rayo láser o las reflexiones con aparatos ópticos (lupa,
microscopio, prismáticos, ...).
• El rayo láser no debe transcurrir si es posible a la altura de los ojos
(1.60 m ... 1.90 m).
• No coloque nunca objetos bajo el rayo láser activado o mantenga éstos
fuera de su recorrido.
• No utilice las gafas de visión láser como gafas de protección. Las gafas
para visión láser sirven para reconocer mejor el rayo láser, pero no
protegen contra la radiación láser.
• Observe siempre las disposiciones de la autoridad laboral competente
en el caso.
Medidas de protección:
• Para evitar que el rayo láser suponga peligro de incendio o explosión debe
mantenerse el área de trabajo con láser sin sustancias inflamables o
atmósferas potencialmente explosivas.
• Antes de activar un equipo láser de la clase 3R es obligatorio informar a
todas las personas presentes en el área de trabajo del láser para que puedan
tomar las medidas de protección correspondientes.
