and any downloaded applications will be erased. Resetting your device does not erase any system software
updatesthathavebeendownloadedoranylesonamicroSDcard,suchasmusicorphotos.
1. Tap
(Settings)fromthetopoftheNoticationsMenu,tapBackup&Reset>Factorydatareset.
2. When prompted, tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase Everything. Your device will reset its settings to the
original factory settings, and then restart.
HARDWARE RESET
This device has an internal battery and therefore you cannot reset the hardware by simply removing the battery. If
you need to reset the hardware, please follow the steps listed below. Please note that you may have to reset the
hardware if your device isn’t charging when it’s plugged into a wall socket.
1. Press and hold the Volume up and Power keys until your device powers down. After your device is reset, it will
restart automatically.
VIEWING THE REGULATORY E-LABEL
To view the regulatory information on this device, do the following:
1. From the Home screen, swipe the small upward-facing arrow
in an upward motion. Select Settings .
2. OntheSettingsscreen,tapAboutPhone>RegulatoryLabels.
3. The most recent e-label will be displayed on screen.
