INSTRUCTIONS

Before plugging the machine, place the magnet as shown on the drawing.

1. Plug in the apparatus and turn on the switch which is at the back of the base. The

apparatus is turned on.

2. Press the on/off button to turn on the apparatus. To turn the apparatus off, press this

button again.

3. If you want to use the apparatus in "standing" mode, please stand on it before starting.

If you prefer another position, it is preferable to use the "countdown" function in order to

postpone the starting of the selected program for a few seconds.

HOW TO PROGRAMME AN EXERCISE SESSION.

• Begin by choosing the length of the exercise with the help of the time regulation buttons. The minimum time is 1

minute; the maximum time is 15 minutes.

• Choose the mode with the help of the mode button.

• Select the vibrating or oscillating intensity with the help of the intensity level regulation button.

• Select one of three functions for the apparatus;

- Vibrating

- Up & Down (oscillating)

- Duo (vibrating + oscillating)

• To begin your exercise, press on the programme start button which is under the intensity regulation button.

MAINTENANCE

Please turn off the switch and disconnect the apparatus before daily maintenance. Please clean your apparatus with a

moist cloth. Use a soft and dry cloth, rather than the moist cloth, to clean the electrical switch and around the platform.

Cleaning product seepage in the apparatus can damage it.

LIMITED GUARANTEE

Length of guarantee: 2 years, except that:

- The guarantee for this LANAFORM product will not cover damages caused following any abusive or inappropriate use,

any accidents, or any use of non-authorised accessories, any modification to the product or any other circumstance

beyond LANAFORM's control.

- The guarantee will not be applicable if the product was opened, changed or repaired by a company or a person not

authorised by LANAFORM.
