PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

In the event of malfunctioning under normal conditions of use, please refer to the following table :

Problem Possible causes Solutions

Fan not working,

no mist

No electric current Plug in the appliance

The water level in the tank is too low Add water to the tank

Leak in the water tank Close the lid properly

No water in the tank Fill the tank

The water level indicator is not in the right position Correctly reposition the water level indicator

The temperature of the unit is too low Put the unit in a room at ambient temperature

for half an hour before use.

Strange mist smell Water has been stagnating too long in the tank Clean the tank and add clean water

Too little intensity Too much water in the tank Empty water from the tank and put the tank back

Mist adjustment is set at a minimum Adjust intensity adjustment knob

Sediment on the transducer Clean the transducer

Water too cold Use water at ordinary temperature

Water is not clean Clean the tank and add fresh water

The fan does not function correctly Ask a professional to verify the ventilator in the base

ADVICE REGARDING

THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE :

LIMITED WARRANTY

LANAFORM guarantees this product against

any material or manufacturing defect for a

period of two years from the date of pur-

chase, except in the circumstances descri-

bed below.

The LANAFORM guarantee does not cover

damage caused as a result of normal wear

to this product. In addition, the guarantee

covering this LANAFORM product does not

cover damage caused by abusive or inappro-

priate or incorrect use, accidents, the use of

unauthorized accessories, changes made to

the product or any other circumstance, of

whatever sort, that is outside LANAFORM’s

control.

LANAFORM may not be held liable for any

type of circumstantial, indirect or specic

damage.

All implicit guarantees relating to the suita-

bility of the product are limited to a period of

two years from the initial date of purchase

as long as a copy of the proof of purchase

can be supplied.

On receipt, LANAFORM will repair or

replace your appliance at its discretion and

will return it to you. The guarantee is only

valid through LANAFORM’s Service Centre.

Any attempt to maintain this product by

a person other than LANAFORM’s Service

Centre will render this guarantee void.
