PRECAUTIONARY
STATEMENT
Please read all the
instructions before using your
product, particularly these
basic safety instructions.
The photographs and other
images of the product in this
manual and on the packaging
are as accurate as possible, but

Danger
•
This device is not intended for use by
people, including children, with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or people with a lack of experience or
knowledge, unless someone respon-
sible for their safety can supervise or
instruct them beforehand on how to
use the device. Children should be su-
pervised to make sure they do not play
with the device.
•
Never leave the baby unsupervised
when using the Evolutive Scale.
• Do not immerse the device in water or
any other liquid.
•
To avoid electrocution, do not try to
repair the device yourself.
• When not in use, the scale switches o
automatically after a few minutes of be-
ing switched on. To switch o the scale
more quickly, press the on/o button
for a bo ut h alf a s e con d.
Warning
•
Keep the Evolutive Scale away from heat
sources such as stoves, radiators, etc.
•
Do not use the device near wet areas,
such as the bath, sink etc.
Precautions
•
Only use the Evolutive Scale for its in-
tended purpose, as described in these
instructions.
•
The scale is not suitable for people
weighing over 150kg. In the event of
overloading, the “ERR” error message
will be displayed on the screen. Over-
loading may cause damage to the scale.
•
Do not use this device in a room in which
aerosols (sprays) are used or in a room in
which oxygen is administered.
•
When using the scale, keep it away from
sources of electromagnetic waves such
as microwave ovens, mobile telephones
and wireless networks, as this may aect
the measurement.
•
In the event of electrostatic failure,
install the batteries again to resume
normal performance.
• Never leave anything on the scale plat-
form when not in use.
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the LANAFORM Evo-
lutive Scale. The accurate and easy to use
digital Evolutive Scale allows you to weigh
your baby to an accuracy of  grams. Once
your baby becomes too big for the tray, the
baby scale can be converted into scale for
children and adults.

PREPARATION PRIOR TO USE
Open the cardboard packaging.
Leave the table and the detachable baby
tray, leaving the protective lm behind.
Now remove all the protective lm.
Check that the device is not damaged.
AREA OF USE
Always place the Evolutive Scale on a hard,
at and level surface.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Inserting and replacing
batteries

1 Remove the cover of the bat-
tery compartment located
underneath the scale.
2 Remove the plastic protection insert-
ed above the 3 AAA batteries or insert
3 new AAA batteries if necessary.
3 Replace the cover.
UNIT SELECTOR FUNCTION
• Weight
The scale is set to the “kg” unit on de-
livery. Short press the UNIT button to
select the kg/lb/oz weight whenever
you require it.
• Temperature
Long press the UNIT button to switch
the temperature unit between C°/F°.
NORMAL WEIGHING
FUNCTION
Before putting the baby on the scale, make
sure that the surface of the scale is com-
pletely dry and not slippery. You can also
place a towel on the scale.
1 Press the “ON/OFF” button
to switch on the scale.
2 0.0kg (lb or oz depending on
the weight unit selected) will
be displayed on the screen.
3 Put the baby gently on the scale,
taking care of its head. If the baby
moves too much, select the “Hold”
function which will set the baby’s
weight when they are more still.
4 The weight measured is displayed for
5 seconds followed by the D value
