SAFETY WARNINGS

• Prior to use, ensure the device is intact and that there is no visible damage. If

in doubt, refrain from using the device and contact the retailer that sold you

the product.

• Keep the plastic packaging out of reach of children: suffocation hazard.

• This device must be used only for its intended purpose and according to the

instructions for use. All other types of use shall be considered inappropriate

and therefore hazardous. The manufacturer shall not be deemed liable for any

damage caused by inappropriate or incorrect use.

• Children aged 8 years or older, people with physical, sensory or mental

disabilities or unskilled people, may use and maintain this device only under

adult supervision. Children must not play with the device.

NEVER leave the device running without supervision; always turn it off after

use.

• In the event of a failure and/or malfunction, do not tamper with the device.

Always contact your retailer for repairs.

• Ensure hands are dry when using the on and off key.

• Handle the product with care, protect it against knocks, extreme temperature

ﬂuctuations, humidity, dust, direct sunlight and sources of heat.

Do NOT use the device while bathing or showering.

NEVER submerge the device into water or any other liquids.

CAUTION! PRIOR TO USING THIS DEVICE

Do not use the manicure set:

• in the case of wounds, skin rashes, burns, bruises;

• after taking medication, sedatives or consuming alcohol: hand and foot

sensation may be signiﬁcantly reduced;

• in the case of diabetes or vascular problems without ﬁrst seeking medical

advice;

• on animals.

In these cases, or in the case of doubt, it is recommended to seek medical

advice prior to use.

Do not use the nail dryer:

• in the case of skin cancer;

• in the case of abnormal skin pigmentation;

• in the case medication is taken that increases sensitivity to light or in the

case of pathological light hypersensitivity.

• in the case of pregnancy without ﬁrst seeking medical advice.

Never look directly at the nail dryer UV lights.

• Excessive UV radiation may cause burns to the skin.

Excessive exposure to UV radiation causes the skin to age and increases the

risk of skin cancer.

• Excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays may damage the eyes and skin.

• Seek medical advice prior to using the nail dryer:

o If skin alterations are noted;

o In the case of known UV ray allergies.

Do NOT obstruct the air vents on the back of the nail dryer; therefore, do NOT

rest it on soft surfaces (e.g. bed or cushions). Do NOT insert objects into the

air vents. Do not cover the nail dryer during use.

Do NOT activate the nail dryer near open ﬂames or hot surfaces.

• These devices are not intended for professional use, but rather only for

domestic use.

• After using the manicure set and nail dryer uninterruptedly for 20 minutes,

they must be left to cool for at least 15 minutes.

• Use the device only with the supplied accessories.

SAFE USE OF BATTERIES

• Remove the batteries if the device is not used for long periods of time and keep

them in a well-ventilated and dry place, at room temperature.

Do NOT recharge the batteries if they are not rechargeable.

Do NOT charge rechargeable batteries using methods other than those

indicated in the manual or using unsuitable equipment.

NEVER expose the batteries to sources of heat or direct sunlight. Failure to

observe these instructions may result in damage to and/or the explosion of the

batteries.

Do NOT throw the batteries into an open ﬂame.

• Batteries must always be removed or replaced by adults only.

• Keep batteries out of reach of children: the ingestion of batteries can cause

serious harm and death. If a battery is swallowed, seek urgent medical care.

• The acid in batteries is corrosive.

Avoid contact with the skin, eyes or garments.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

• Soften ﬁngernails and toenails by soaking them in warm water before

performing a complete manicure and pedicure.

• IMPORTANT: Check results continuously during the treatment, particularly in

the case of people with decreased sensation in their hands and feet.

• After the treatment, wash hands and feet and apply a moisturising cream to

protect and hydrate the skin.
